~ MY LIFE, WORTHY OF MY ATTENTION ~

"My LIFE, (as is YOURS), is a work of ART always progressing, shedding the old, making way for the new and then it starts all over again.
The purpose for which I am here, (and why YOU are here), is worthy of my attention, effort and appreciation. My vested interest in BEING all I can be, not only for myself, but for those I am honored to touch, is worth my attention to detail.

I am spirit in a body of flesh. Yet, in my work of art, the only limitations I have, are the ones I place on myself. I am paying ATTENTION to the thought patterns I have developed over my life that have kept me restrained and I am releasing these daily, like the shedding of old skin, to bring forth the new. I am shaking off the judgements and opinions that others and I, myself have used to hold me in bondage. The more I release, the more I allow, the more I become new. Like brush strokes on a canvas, paying attention to the moments and the details of the moments splashing color of LIFE creating the Masterpiece I AM. What an amazing purpose. What an awe inspiring work of ART I AM. So, my friends are you, precious works of Art. Pay attention. SHINE ON, worthy ones, SHINE ON!"

PERFECTION is an ILLUSION

~PERFECTION is an ILLUSION~

"Perfection is something that cannot be improved. Well, guess what, everything can be improved. Therefore, I conclude that perfection is an illusion; a false idea or belief. Yet, we have bought into this concept that we must 'strive' for perfection in everything we do, in who we are, and how we interact with everyone around us. I would like to offer that we need to 'chill' on this perfection thing. I would like to offer that we are perfect in our imperfections. I would say let us pursue 'excellence', the quality of being outstanding or extremely good. Excellence is attainable. We can attain a state of excellence without the undue pressure of the illusion that everything must be perfect.

Yes...We are perfect in our imperfections. Let us ALLOW the excellence of our imperfections to SHINE. SHINE ON you IMPERFECT people, SHINE ON! I will do the SAME."

~AUTHENTIC~(not false or imitation, real, actual, genuine, real, bona fide, true.)

"Of course AUTHENTIC, WHY BE any other way. VULNERABLE. I am willing to be that, too. 'Vulnerable', open, with possible chance of being attacked just to be the AUTHENTIC person I am. By being myself, full of LOVE, JOY, PEACE, GRATITUDE, SHINE, authentically ME, I hope that it allows and liberates you to be Authentically you, as well. We REALLY can change the WORLD by example. BE authentic and those around us feel the freedom to do the same. Keep SHINING, AUTHENTIC people, Keep SHINING!"
